Soul to Soul Yoga | Terms & Conditions
Before You Arrive
Before joining a class, retreat, workshop, cacao ceremony, or seasonal gathering, please take a moment to ensure you feel well and able to participate safely.
If you are living with an injury, medical condition, pregnancy, recent surgery, or anything that may affect your movement or nervous system, please consult your doctor or qualified healthcare professional beforehand.
By joining Soul to Soul Yoga, you are choosing to participate voluntarily and with personal responsibility.
Your Practice, Your Body
This is your practice.
You are always invited to move in a way that feels supportive, spacious, and safe for your body. Please listen closely to your own inner guidance, honour your limits, and rest or modify whenever needed.
Soul to Soul Yoga encourages self-awareness over performance, allowing you to deepen trust in your own body’s wisdom.
How I Guide
I am here to gently support and guide your experience with care, presence, and professionalism.
As part of my teaching approach, I do not tend to offer physical adjustments, allowing you the space to explore your own depth of practice and become more attuned to your body’s natural responses.
All offerings are guided by a qualified 200YTT / 300YTT yoga teacher registered with Yoga Alliance.
Holding a Safe Space
While every session is created with care, all movement, somatic, breathwork, and ceremonial practices carry a natural element of physical and emotional risk.
By attending, you acknowledge this and agree to practise responsibly, staying within your own comfort and capacity at all times.
Soul to Soul Yoga cannot accept responsibility for injuries arising from undisclosed conditions, ignoring guidance, or moving beyond personal limits.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
Bookings & Retreat Spaces
Your space is secured once payment or deposit is received.
For retreats, workshops, and seasonal circles, deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Remaining balances are due by the agreed date.
For classes, cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice may be transferred or credited where possible.
Because spaces are intentionally intimate, cancellations made within 24 hours are usually non-refundable.
Imagery & Shared Moments
From time to time, photos or short videos may be captured to share the atmosphere of Soul to Soul Yoga across the website or social spaces.
If you would prefer not to be included, simply let me know before we begin and your privacy will always be honoured.
Practise with Care
Please consult your doctor or qualified healthcare professional before participating if you have any injury, medical condition, pregnancy, or concern that may affect your ability to practise safely.
This is your practice — move with awareness, responsibility, and care, always honouring your body’s wisdom.
