I have been practising yoga for over 40 years. What began as curiosity at an evening class in my old high school drama room grew into a lifelong relationship with movement, breath, stillness and self enquiry.

After many years of learning and exploring and eventually finding the courage to teach, I now would like to share with you, this gentle, soulful practise of yoga.

From time to time, I like to offer some poetry or a philosophical reflection, not as an instruction but an invitation or a thought to ponder.

You are not a problem to be solved. Its origin is attributed to Søren Kierkegaard, who reminds us “ You are a reality to be experienced” I would add this: You are also a soul to be met, connect with and be understood.

My teaching is rooted in Hatha yoga principles and is enriched with influences from the embodied practise of somatics, mindfulness and meditation, restorative and restful practises.

You are born complete. You are free.

You carry purpose and your own unique genius. You are part of the greater whole, you are forged from the stars and the stones, shaped by the mighty rivers and the open skies.

You are not separate from nature but an expression of it, living and breathing in human form. Soul to Soul Yoga is not about striving, fixing or becoming someone else. It is about remembering. My yoga meets you exactly where you are. Intention is enough. Presence is enough. You are enough.

You, my friend, are a miracle.

Welcome, dear miracle.
